Unfortunately, Steve, aka the Shadow tells me he has not been very well. I will spare you the details but he is, he says he in only a 'shadow' of his former self....... and is taking a break from competiton, club rides etc. and having some tests. As we know he is in good company among top cyclists who often fall prey to stomach bugs and problems but it can't be much fun for a man in his prime. I am sure all will join me in wishing him a speedy recovery
