Anyone riding the route of the Brighton Vintage car run this sunday?

Used to be an ACC staple this. Get behind some vintage cars at CSS and get high speed tows all the way to Brighton, lots of closed roads, thousands of cheering spectators etc etc.

Then get the train or ride back

PS: If this sounds like madness, it is, but its great fun

What's a good time to start?

Cars start at 7.00pm from Hyde Park so i'd suggest 9 o clock from croydon - there should be a steady stream of vehicles on the road by then - the route comes through croydon town centre so you can join anywhere between there and Purley

Yes am sorry - but your right - you do see an awful lot of broken down motors on this ride
