Toks where were you man, Keith W has been trying to get hold of you!

It was great party that carried on till midnight! Keith Wawman organised it superbly and we had photo boards brought by Alex and a projector set up by Phil Nash with various streaming pictures of the club. The table with Richard Viney, Rob Jon Hemming, Tamar and Keith had to be reinforced because they had so many trophies heaving on it. There was some good cross toasting especially from the newer members and self styled cycling WAGS. I sat on the top table that included Craig the winner of the JBS Memorial trophy - I remember your race report from that. Keith Coffey did a talk about his moutain climbing exploits and fell running - apparently that's what he does when he's relaxing from cycling...

A crowd of us, Graham and his wife Vernon, Sean, Matt Day and Kasper carried onto the Tree House where Marco was DJ and we scared off all the break dancers with some cycling dance moves!

Thanks Marco - the theme for my speech was 'How to lose races and alienate your wife' and I hope you liked your award as Addiscombe's least competitive rider.

Felt sick all day today...too much beer and no sleep  Ninder had surprisingly come back from Kent on Saturday night so good thing I didn't bring the lap dancers home. For my rehabilitation I had to go furniture shopping on Sunday. Lesson learned until next year. Thanks for putting us all on the guest list - Matt Day pretended he was Elliot Merrony and Kasper pretended he was Lance Armstrong.
