I e-mailed the duwlich paragon and there rides are going on throughout winter....
Area: Farnborough to Polhill and back
Club: Dulwich Paragon
Meet: Elmers End roundabout
Time: 1900 leaves at 1915 sharp
How hard?: 'Serious' riders although you can tag on on the way back
Distance/hrs: 1.5 to 2 hrs
Size of group: varies

its every tuesdays and thursdays.

im going to definately go, anyone else interested?

..I went out with these guys back in sept....two words to describe the pace....fast..and dropped! :o ...I last about 20 mins i think
I think the bunch were mainly 1st an 2nd cats, but really great training if u can keep up!
