Hey Gav

Sometimes I work there and this is my route.

Up Morland Road to Norwood Junction and Turn right.

Cycle straight through Anerley and Penge left onto Kent House Road then right into Sydenham Road.

All the way to Catford turn left through Lewisham Straight across the A 20 and Up the Lewisham Road incline.

This takes you straight across the A2 towards Grenwich right at the T junction and theres the Cutty Sark ahead of you.

The lift is always out of action and theres 93 steps down the tunnel, then of course you'll push the bike to the other side :)

From here just follow any road any way to Canary Wharf.

Cheers George

I take the direct route straight up A23 to London Bridge via Sreatham, Brixton, Elephant & Castle, over the bridge then right along Eastcheap, East Smithfield, The Highway.

Then just before Limehouse tunnel nip across at the traffic island into Narrow Street, then straight along towards Westferry DLR, sharp right, up the ramp to Westferry Circus and Canary Wharf.
