Must say I think it's taken too seriously over here and it's only really reared it's head amongst the non messengers in the last 2 years.

Basically no holding and lots of booze.

About as gentlemanly and dignified as - well New York can be!!!

Ohh and don't worry about the broken wrist - I did my left one 4 times and my right one 3 times (gym at school, twice in rugby at school, falling off the bike a few times etc). Now I just click a lot!!!
