I had reports from some independant cyclists out on Saturday (a 2nd claim ACC and an ex Captain) that they saw four ACC riders screaming along the road on the Norwood Hill circuit, Marek on the front looking relaxed (heartrate probably at about 107bpm) and the three behind with their lungs out on their handlebars trying to keep up. :wink:

They were very impressed as they thought that you were on the normal club run, I said nothing to dispel that, muttering something about it was a winter take it easy ride. :twisted:

That was the section of the ride where I had made an ill fated attempt to breakaway, only to then get caught about 200 yards down the road for George to then lay a massive body blow by attacking whilst screaming as if he was Rudolf after being kicked in the nads by Prancer.
