Is mrpvt you PAul, Gary cox here usedto cycle with you in the 70s with John smith etc, now live in Melbourne australia, and was just browsing, still cycling, but now in the sun!! :D

If you ever come out this way make sure you bring a bike, its a great place to cycle on the whole. I'll try and keep up!!, you sound, looking at the posts, to still be doing a lot!! Please send my love to Joyce when you see her, Gary.

I had rheumatoid arthritis for the last 2 years, but steroids seem to have cleared that up now, and my enthusiasm has returned now that I can ride pain free. :D

Thats not good Paul, but its good you are feeling better...good old steroids!! I recently had a fall , :shock: heavily onto my saddle dont ask how!! And ended up with a steroid injection to the coccyx!!.... Nice.
