Yep you can keep your rugby fom now on, you English with all your upper class, hoity toity, butter wouldnt melt in their mouths private school rugby squads. Wales is moving onto a tougher sport, a real test of courage and strength and we have our champion....

Nicole Cooke set out to defend her World Cup lead on Saturday in round 7 of the Women's World Cup. She planned to finish with her closest rivals, well she beat them, she won the race. That's her 3rd World Cup win this year. Looks like Wales will have its first ever Cycling World Cup winner, not to mention Great (because of the Celts) Britain.

And she looks amazing on a bike and the Women's World Cup jersey is pretty nice too!!!!!!!!
