I am planning on taking part in a very small charity event for The All Saints Day Centre, Merton. The day centre is run to provide support and treatment for people with long term physical disabilities.

The aim of this event is to raise money which will go towards purchasing a motorised exercise bike for constant use within the centre.

The event is to take place in Richmond Park on Thursday 18th September starting at 10:30am. Many of the centre members will be taking part with the car park near Isabella Plantation being closed off to allow the use of wheelchairs and alike on a circuit in the car park. I am planning to ride on the 7 mile road circuit around the park. It would be great if any other Agreeables are free for a spin around the park midweek for a few hours (prob about 2-3 hours).

I can email an info sheet and sponsorship form for anyone who is available to take part. Money can be raised as £/mile you do or just a lump sum for supporting the day centre it's up to you.

The organisers are aiming to get the local press along, so it could be yet another chance to spread the agreeable word.

Any support for this event whether it be in the form of taking part or sending some sponsorship money would be greatly appreciated.
