Well done Gavin, all came together and seemed to go very smoothly, just a bummer that I could not stave off the cramp as I was in a great position as the sprint started and was right up there but both legs cramped at the same time and I had to pull over.

Ah well, there is always next year.

Cheers

Marek...

From Dave Palmer

[quote]Paul,

Can you do me a favour and pass on my thanks to the organiser and all the helpers at last nights ACC handicap promotion ( I don't have access to the forum).

Their efforts are much appreciated by the guy's that race (please use that term v loosely in my case!).

I would have thanked people in person last night, but as I rode to the event I left fairly quickly in order to get home before it got too dark.

Thanks

Dave.

Thanks for everyone for their fantastic efforts last night couldn't have done it without you.

Marek, I wondered why you looked slightly unwell when you came in but Keith and I did get your place if that is any consolation!

Was a great race to watch - marshalling in sight of the finish is a good place to be. :-)

Maybe next year we'll get a few more marshals so that some more of our ACC boys can race.

Yeah ill echo Tamar's enthusiasm. Driving the lead car was really interesting, was great to see the race from a different perspective. I will certainly be first to volunteer next time!
