It was an excellent and very chilled (aka slow) ride with about 10 people in total, 2 of whom were first timers I think. Did all the secret trails around the Redlands area, stopping for tea and cake at Leith Hill tower of course. I chickened out of all the steep bits though.

I had a rubbish crash where I headbutted a log, thought I was fine, ended up in A&E MAYday on Monday after I collapsed in the office, delayed concussion....oopss

yes, i thought i'd met him before -- maybe at the croydon car free day also. or maybe at the lcc stand at the mela.

we kind of lost track of him unfortunately, or maybe he just turned off home; pretty sure he had all the directions and maps.

He was on the same train as me on the way back, very happy with the ride he wished CTC events could be like ours!!!???

Me, had great two day skive, stll feel a bit fuzzy though, You go back to redlands after I left? anymore good trails? I want to try that rooty drop off after the 'bermed' trail next time.
