Don't worry about bar tape Sean as it's pretty cheap, even the really good Stella Azurra stuff. Gives you the chance to perfect your bar wrapping technique and try out different colours too :D . Do you leave the tri bars on all the time or just clip them on for TTs?

Unless you're really against it you could try leaving them on and use them for flatter, straighter, less trafficy bits of your commute to get used to the position. I was doing this and it did help adjust, it was just using them in a TT I couldn't get on with, was okay on the commute. :roll:

Thanks to everyone for turning out and making it another worthwhile evening, especially considering many of you had long rides at the weekend. The weather turned up trumps again too.
