Actually I read it, and i can kinda see where its coming from. Interesting how much emphasis it puts on your mentality, something people don't really think about much i guess...

Its quite a gd article thanks. (i skim read it, i am kinda reading a bit properly day by day)

Did you know things such as blood plasma (serum, the yellow liquid), makes up 55% of ur total blood volume, and contains vital things such as globulins etc., and that u need vitamin C, rest is vital, vaseline speeds up recovery for gravel rash, by acting like a barrier.

I am going to buy full addiscombe kit, with either the atmos or decibel helmet, now since all of my kit ripped up.
