Wow, I'm surprised by the strength of the anti-Condor views

I think Condor is a good shop. I bought my last bike from there (a Pista for commuting duties) and was surprised at the quality of the build. It was very impressive.

I also tend to drop by Condor (and sometimes Sigma) to pick up commuting clothing. They stock a wide range of kit, and have lots of it in stock (which is no mean feat given the relatively small size of the store). I can be confident that if I take the trip over there, I will always find something that will suit my needs. And I commute along the Kings Road, so I can't wear anything less than Assos/Campagnolo/Rapha...

Elliot makes a good point too. Those predatory tw*ts at Evans decided to plonk a store just along the road from them, and that forced Condor to raise their game (and perhaps their "profile" too). Apparently ever since Evans did set up shop nearby, Condor's sales have gone from strength to strength. They must be doing something right. :)
