Who was that Hairy Fellow?

Postby Dave Peck » Tue Sep 25, 2007 12:59 am

Hi

My name is Dave Peck, I rode with you on Saturday morning, I was the guy with the full face furry fairing and the certain something.

I have to say, I just had such a great ride with you guys, and what a real pleasure it was to be cycling, and drinking tea, with you. You seem to be a thoroughly Agreeable bunch of people, and you certainly made me feel welcome, and I'd particularly like to thank Alex for looking after me, and also Andy, Graham, Mark (starting to lose it here, I bet you couldn't remember everyone the first time either!), Tom, who rode up the last hill with me, and all the rest of you for making it such good fun.

I'm sorry I disappeared so smartly, I thought everone else was turning right too!

I live out in West London, and it's not always easy to get down to the South on a Saturday morning, so it may be some time before I'm out with you again, unless you're riding this way.

To anybody reading this and wondering whether or not to join this club, I say: "Join this Club"!

Good fortune to the Addiscombe CC.

Regards

Dave

Hi Dave, very nice to meet you briefly after the sprint to the Charlwood sign. Hope to see you again sometime.

Sean, that is the person (you don't have a secret fetish for bearded men, do you?)

Dave I'm glad you could make it and hope to see you again. :)

You certainly caused a stir on the club run after a few were trying to hang onto your wheel

Don't start on Sean's fetishes or we could be here some time.

Glad you enjoyed it Dave, look forward to hanging on to your wheel again soon.
