Free Assos Jersey

Postby Andrew G » Fri Oct 05, 2007 8:44 pm

I've been given a couple of old Autumn/Spring/Winter/Anytime in England jerseys for free :D .

I'm keeping one of them, but the Assos one below, although fitting me perfectly isn't really my colour - red and redheads just doesn't go. Quite a nice Team GB type look to it.

It's an older jersey so the retro style won't appeal to some (unlike some of us ) , but would make a good commuting jersey if nothing else. Warm roubaix (or roubaix type) material, long sleeve, full zip, 3 rear pockets. Excellent condition with no marks or pulls that I can see.

Size: fits me and I'm a 38" chest and 5'6" - it's about 22" long from top of zip to bottom so you can check against a jersey that fits you.

Let me know if you're interested, first come first served.

I could use another autumn jersey, and don't care if red's not my colour. Am I first?

Indeed you are Mike.

Just need to fix up a hand over.
Tomorrow (I could wrap it round my top tube, but you'd have to carry it round the CR).
Redmon GP (you there?)
IOW trip
Beer Circus 17th October
The City - do you work anywhere near there?

I don't think the Guru will mind Snoop as he tends not to embrace the retro look so much, I know a retro item will find a good home with Mike.
