Thanks to all those who turned out for the race coaching session this saturday morning in what looked like very dodgy weather...
thankfully it stayed dry through out the whole session... with the exception of the moment where I had to collect all the signs in... and then the heavens well and truly opened.

Ive had very good feedback from both saturday sessions, with just about everyone asking for more... the only ones who didnt speak much at the end were busy trying not to be sick after finishing the training race...

Im considering running more sessions through the spring and summer when time permits, or alternatively on request from a group of riders/friends who want to spice up one of their mornings/evenings out training.

As it happened on saturday I had 2 groups of riders of vastly different skill levels, one doing the race training, the other doing basic group skills.

SO all in all, its been a very worthwhile and enjoyable 2 sessions...
more to come, so watch this space.
