Not one???? I even offer to pay. I'll go eighty, ninety all the way up to one whole pound if I have to.

Addiscombe polo shirts are coming soon, for a smarter "apres-race" look than the agreeables t-shirts.

But if people do insist of racing in January then Keiths wooly jumper may be more suitable.

Hey mlocke it would be summer by the time I'ld cast off. I'ld forget why I was knitting it.

Looks like I'll stay indoors for the next three months or wait until the polo shirts arrive

Cheers anyways peeps

It isn't too hard to get custom leisure wear for the club. SLH do it, the following costs £29 for SLH club members, it has the crest on the front and the club name on the back. ACC would just need to put a few quid into it to get it going, think of it as a long term investment.

I'll have a word with my mum. Now she's done with knitting Christmas presents for the grandchildren, she'll need something to do until the clocks go forward.

Sorry, Keith, no Beryl Burtons in the club.

They* tried to teach me to knit when I was young but it never caught on.

*My mum and a little old lady friend who was a human version of Mrs Tiggywinkle, both in habits and looks :D

My mother in law could do it for you in a day!! But it comes at a huge price cos it means being in her company for longer than an hour  If your serious about wanting to look like Steptoe on your bike then let me know - personally I'd take yourself down to GB's and get yourself proper kit!!!!!
