Just reading through some of what I missed last week while I was away. And had an Idea, don't worry, it doesn't invlove anyone ''paying for me to go on holiday''

But perhaps you ought to draw names from a hat, to share the marshalling duties around. Like they do for jury service. That way im sure you could get by with no member having to marshall/assist with more than one event througout the whole year. Sounds fair to me, no?
