I'll believe it when I see it and good news as long as we don't get forced to use them as will never to be able to match the extend of the road network and wouldn't be good if had to make long diversions to get some place if ordinary roads more direct.
Would be great for the family though, went to the british museum on Sunday, off peak for £14 for the family only to find delayed/cancelled/crowded tubes. Would have been quicker and cheaper by bike.
Hopefully Ken will match it with good bike parking facilities (i.e. covered and in visible areas)
