Nah, just fun loving. Two of my faves with our(family) dogs has been to get them crouching waiting for you to throw a stick etc, then bury them in it so just their head pokes out. They're so focused they don't care, then explode out of it when you throw the stick
. Also you can't beat throwing it behind you and then running round the corner. As they chase you and slip on the bend you get the full cartoon whirling legs moment and rally drift

Well, Albert, our long-lived mongrel, was not keen on snow and the cold but Sandy, the deaf, blind and old Lakeland terrier, loved it. A decent frost or covering of snow and he'd be off rubbing his snout in it all and almost sprightly
