Hello Guys,

I am posting this up because I know the writer Chris. He lives in Lingfield and is into Triathlon etc, his daughter goes to the same school as my eldest. Last year was a very traumatic year for him, I really feel for him. As some of you know I went through a bit of a torrid time when my second girl was born. Reading this I know how lucky I am that my one came through the other end, unfortunately for Chris his little girl did not make it.

Chris has really thrown himself into the training for the Ironman and I am sure he will complete it as well as the Etape. If any of you have any spare cash to help bolster his sponsorship pot then I am sure he will be very grateful.
