Thank you to the two girls and two guys that stayed with me until the police and ambulance arrived :) . We did catch up the slower group on the way home :D . Just to update you the driver is now claiming I drove into the barriers :? so I would like to ask for the four of you for your address if possible or contact details :) . I spoke to the officer involved and he has confirmed the driver admitted liability :D at the scene and therefore has told me not to worry as i also have witnisses :) . I did go to A and E once I got back to Orpington and thet confirmed my shoulder had dislocated and had POPPED back  in as they say. Grazes to my ANKLE,CALF,KNEE,SHOULDER AND CHIN hurting like crazy. Having bad dreams and flash backs but other than that all OK. Having a bad run of things lately knocked off twice in three weeks ain't too bad I guess.

Rob
What type of injuries did you have and how long before the gravel grazies stop hurting????..If you had any????..
Have called G.B.CYCLES who are giving me a quote for my bike £330 just for bike repair plus clothing, shoes, glasses and gloves.

Go down to Boots & buy these new dressings called 'faster healing skin closure kits' They promote faster healing, reduce scarring & relieve pain.

I feel off on Sunday in the Westminster crit & left half the skin on my left leg behind.

It's now 60% healded & no longer sore :D
