Not sure. Apparently Tom Danielson is though.
For all his rights and wrongs, I've always thought Virenque as being great 'box-office', a real character.
The Tyler situation seems a bit up in the air now, as the B Test at the Olympics isn't in good enough condition to be tested. Apparently the Vuelta B Test was positive though.
