Tour of Picadie registration form is sending me mad. Help

I know this should be in the sportives bit but thought less people would look there and this forms driving me mad! Has anyone registered fo the ronde of Picardie on line...do you need a medical cedrtificate because in the licence section there isnt an abbriviation for a BC licence. What did anybody else do. Do I have to say no licence and get a medical. Does anyone know what the addrivations for the licences are FFTC or whatever.

It says if you have a foreign licence "etrangere **", to include a photocopy of it

So if you have a BC licence, you should be ok. Otherwise, you need a doctor's ok form

Ive worked it all out the only problem is that the sites rubbish.When you go to the pay bit you just get a page of garbled computer speak. I might just have to do it the old fashioned way by mail. The only slight problem is......yep..... most of the forms in French!
