Spot the ACCer

Postby Amy » Tue Sep 30, 2008 3:43 pm

First someone spotted me in Wallinton about half 9 this morning - a voice from the side of the road said 'hello Amy' to which my reply was, 'oh er hello?' Sorry didn't catch who it was  though it did look and sound like Paul Tunnell....

Then up in Box Hill village itself I saw an ACCer who lives up there (sorry can't remember name) and a bit further on, just as I was starting down the zig zag, I'm sure I knew the person just finishing the climb - bit like the earlier Wallington incident, I didn't catch who it was and I think they were surprised to see me too.

And now the cat is sitting on my new Sidi cycle shoe box....

sorry, Ian, I must have looked at the wrong person - it's hard to tell who said anything out of a good dozen standing at the crossing :D

Where was I going? Corridorri to begin with - new place to get discount at as my old friend Paul Smith (late of Bike + and Pearsons) now works there. Unfortunately Tuesdays are his days off... And then to Cycles Dauphin to pick up my Sidi sole replacements (jeez the price  ) and then lunch in Denbies (no, that was cancelled after we looked at the queue of wrinklies) lunch was in Franky's and Benny's or whatever it is now where the old Punchbowl used to be.

Anyhow, what were you doing in Wallington?

Snoop, haven't you got cats? Cats always sit on a piece of paper on the floor, no matter the size and they always like to sit on or in any box you happen to put down. I was reading in bed this morning, put the book down and the cat sat on that! End of reading, time to get up!
