Sounds like the seat post. I supose there is nothing you can do about that.

Can you lubricate a cardon post, or that's just tough and turn the radio up?

Yep, ask Butler's for some carbon grip compound. They should know what you mean.

Anything carbon should use this stuff, I have some of the finish line one which does the job for me. So, also check your bars/stem/steerer tube junctions, as well as your seat post.

Agree with Adam, I use that: http://www.jejamescycles.co.uk/id37232.html on every carbon bit (especially the seat post), keep it for moving without having to tighten like a madman and risking breaking something.
