South East Sports Personality of the year - please vote!

I would be grateful if you could perhaps pass this onto your members as a
cyclist has been nominated as 2008 SE Sports Personality of the Year.

Chris Moores is a member of Norwood Paragon who has progressed rapidly
throughout 2008 and is now ranked elite as well as London Criterium
Champion. It would be great if we could build up some support for Chris
which will help raise the profile of cycling and racing in the South East
in what has been a great year for cyclesport in the UK.

The details of the shortlist for the 2008 SE Sports Personality of the
Year have just been published in the Surrey Mirror and various Croydon /
Epsom etc Advertisers. Chris Moores has been nominated and is featured in
the current issue alongside the other nominees. The voting is by postal
vote only on the relevant coupon from the Advertiser or Surrey Mirror etc.
There is no web-vote or telephone vote.

The competition will be publicised with further coupons in these papers
over the next 3 weeks and all votes have to be received by 2nd Feb.

Please try to pick up a copy and send in your vote. Likewise please pass
this on to any cycling friends you have in the area as it would be great to
get a cyclist to win this prize and Chris is a worthy candidate as I'm sure
you will agree.
