It was the Surrey constabulary.

When I was interviewed by a policeman while lying on a stretcher waiting to be admitted to East Surrey Hospital, he reckoned it was just one of those things, the driver was sorry, didn't see me coming and probably wouldn't be prosecuted.

Later I was sent a form which asked, amongst other things, whether I thought the driver should be prosecuted. Addiscombe members urged me to say yes, so I did.

Unfortunately there isn't a bigger font than the one I used previously. But that's quite suprising to me. They had almost zero inclination to act on my 'incident' in Surrey.

Even the officer I reached on 999 couldn't even be bothered to report the call that morning.
