2008 Subs

This years subscriptions were due on the 1st of November 2007.

As yet only about 60% of the membership have paid up!

I shall be at the cafe at Charlwood again tomorrow - Feb 2nd - to collect oustanding subs.

If you've set up an SO - check the date it goes out. I didn't get round to setting up one till March and specified the date as 1st November but the following year, Phil was chasing me up again. Jumped up and down at my bank and discovered that the SO was due to go out at time I'd set it up and done the first payment and hadn't changed to the date required for prompt payment of ACC subs...

A thought for the Committee:
increase subs by £10 UNLESS paid by Direct Debit. Might cut out a lot of work and chasing

I think that if/when the website revamp happens we should add in paypal and visa payments, to make it easier for the little dahlings . My preference would be to make payment by DD/SO a condition of membership. OK there will always be the odd exception to this that we should consider but it amazes me that this problem persists.

Why don't we make it £50 to include the wonderful Selsdon evening for those of us who can remember what date it is.

Just a thought!!!! lets face it, it's only once a year. Can you imagine if we ALL turned up...

Membership is currently £20 per year for full membership.
