Yeah, how ya doing John. Hope it's not as bad as first feared (poss. broken arm). Ajay is ok, I think.

As per my race report in 'Results', Ajay and John H hit the deck in the race at Hillingdon last night. They both ended up in Uxbridge General and John's possibly got a broken arm.
