Well done chaps, exellent!
Ran the NY mara 10 years ago never again!
Re popping ibroprufen before a race,did it before a couple of races recently becouse of the old calf injury and ended up with bad cramps in the legs

Ibuprofen - o dear I usually take two or three 30 mins before a TT.... :oops:

Thanks Sean. Should add last time i wrote a race report Sean was in the J4 FUN group :D Now I hear he's causing mayhem in the 19's and after Nove Colli who knows ! :mrgreen:
