May i pass on thanks to Andy for organising the TOKA, joanna and i had a great day- so did chris and lisa, the ride was taken at such a steady pace that we had time to enjoy stunning views. There are some beautiful villages right on our doorstep and a lot of the ride is only a few k's away from our midweek rides- that route suits our winter training perfectly.
i only had a baguette!

Thanks Andy. a brilliant day in the garden of England.
A good ride, good weather, good food(couldnt quite manage the 4lbs of extra marg that came with the ploughmans though) and of course good company, every thing a club run should be and all done at a civilized pace.

Kirsty and I really enjoyed the club run... excellent company and rolling countryside. Thanks to everyone, who kindly waited for us at the top of the hills, particularly Ian, Jo, Chris and Lisa and particularly Andy for organising a really great day out.

Just like to say thanks to Andy for organising and the other riders for a great day out. I only intended to half of it but was enjoying it so much I phoned the missus to get permission to do the lot. Only problem was didn't bring enough food, but its amazing the energy a sesame crunch can give you. It was a good distance and speed, just enough for a work out but not enough to kill you. I wish I started doing this years ago.
Looking forward to many more rides. Chris
