2 hours on the mtb hoofing along working hard enjoying myself. Test rode some of marco's excellent loopy ride and though my legs are a bit tired, I'm happy. Here's a pic of the route, managed a super fast 27mph @ one point which for me right now is absolutely flying, didn't wee my pants either, he he.

Oh yeah, and that funny little bit just below Banstead, that's not me getting lost, I pulled in for a pint of ale and a sandwich

With my colouring Sylv and the factor 30 I don't really tan. I prefer to call it a healthy glow .
