AD: Scottish drugs cheat agrees with Kimmage

In [url=http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/more_sport/cycling/article6590058.ece]The Times[/url] today, David Millar agress with Paul Kimmage that there is still a drugs problem in cycling and that attitudes need to change to get the sport clean.
