I'm sure no offence was meant but it is a valid point and one that I make in defence of LA when similar comments are made by my colleagues. One even quoted his own GP as saying it was impossible to recover like LA does. This GP's opinion being based on his own experience of club rides and once did an Etape. Well, there's expert for you.
Few of us have a clue what it is like to train and successfully compete at the peak of world class sport. Just read George's excellent account of the best club run ever when he took Valverde et al for a little spin. Then join George in the training group on a Saturday.

I think it's good to see him back - it's certainly livened things up a bit.. He looks pretty strong , and has the usual determination but I don't think thats enough to beat Contador.. When it really gets hard then Contador will show who is the boss now...
I don't think of Lance as a cheat ( even though I suspect he was on the juice ), because they were all on it so who was he cheating ?
I also think that if you are the best in the world, biggest engine, most motivation ( coming back from cancer etc ), etc etc - why do you have to work with the Doctor with the worst reputation ?
