Good local friendly competitive service (Based on my experience I'd happily recommend this guy)
Crap multinationalglobalcorp uncompetitive noservice (Based on my experience I'd happily never buy anything from this lot again)

Hey Snoop, completely sympathise with you as I have experienced similar situations and not just in the IT arena. I think a lot of the big boys out there play this card. Just because they have a so called "trusted" brand they think they can milk us poor consumers for parts, replacements etc. It worth shopping around and as for extended warranties, man don’t even get me stated on that one.

I would trust the snoopside of the coin rather than the BT side, but hey you've gotta have experience with the dummies to hone your skills :wink:

Plus get a mac and get a life :D
