IMR are underwritten by Equine and Live who are still very much in business.
Policies that were originally with IMR Group are now being dealt with directly by Equine and Live under the same terms and conditions, so it shouldn't make any difference to the consumer - or at least that's what they told me when I phoned......

well how convienient!!!

when i phoned to make a claim, they gave me alot of hastle, and after alot of moaning, and 5 spokespeople later, theyve decided to send me the claim forms, and then theyll take it from there
