Can anyone fix storage heaters?

So far this year my telly, freezer and shower head have died: the phone is on it's way, so is the pump for my water and I don't know what else...

Oh my storage heater. I was feeling a bit cold this afternoon and went to turn it up a bit only to find it stone cold... Is there anyone who can help fix it?
