What about those people who get taken off of mountains having gone for an afternoon walk in winter with what can only be called inadequate provisions and quite often with young children. What do they call those on the news...?

I think the guy's lucky not to have been shipped off in an ambulance having either developed hypothermia or gotten so cold he fell off on a descent

I am not ridiculing him - I am just stunned and amazed at him.

You're right about the banter and everybody should take this as water off a ducks back but I thought I'd called a truce on page one before the comments got a bit silly. However, if people want to keep plugging away with remarks then I can only respond.
I don't want this to turn in to something where we come down to petty digs and I know I've made one or two which I won't apologise for because they seemed appropriate at the time but perhaps its time for a cold beer.
Incidently I didn't ask for the title to be changed.
And you are probably right about the apostrophe.
