Sounds good, as well as the Grand Marnier one. Also try, oats (cold) with just milk and rasperry jam.
I think pancakes are the prefect recovery food though, you get your protein from eggs and milk, carbs (even better wholegrain), ready in minutes provided you took the 3 min to do the batter before the ride, and then you can add other stuff good for recovery like bananas, honey, ham cheese etc.
