Ham & gruyère to start with, make sure the cheese has melted nicely
Then move on to lemon juice and brown sugar
MAybe a few with rasperry jam
And the grand finale, sugar and Grand Marnier, flamed. Or alternatively with Amaretto.

Treacle (OK, golden syrup to you southern types) and lemon juice in the first couple for me, then one with malteasers in it just to finish off with.
