Indeed it is.

I was looking at buying a pair of wheels from them a couple of years ago when it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get my Ritchey WCS wheels repaired. Had an email exchange with the boss (your namesake, Sean Wai) and found him to be very helpful and responsive.

I really fancy a pair of their carbon clincher wheels - if only I weren't saving for a loft conversion!
