Rob, may i suggest you do the Giles Ree instead of the L2B.

I raced with some 2nd cat's last night in the SL hadicap and got my backside kicked. These are the same guy's you'll be racing against in the 5 day and not the 100,000 beginers doing the L2B.

Just a thought!

to be honest, i dont think im gonna be able to do anything sunday, and at this rate, nor the 5 dayer!

i still cant ned my leg more than 45 degrees without pain, and my knees are too swollen to bend much further than that anyway...

im wrecked :cry:

I know the feeling - still experiencing it a bit if I'm honest.
On the plus side it's amazing how quick the body heals. A young one like yours and you will be racing quicker than you think.
For me, I've done as much as I can handle until discomfort becomes pain.
Make sure you get physio though - the stretches that you'll get are really useful.
