Alan,

Two things

1) don't believe bus when he tells you the hill is only 150m long as he is lying.....

2) don't come back with Chris and Lisa to Kenley as they go over a 16% hill which I would imagine would be quite painful.....

Should be out thursday if I recover from tonights efforts.....

It was a nice ride out- a bit easier on the legs and lungs than tuesdays kicking.
You should have seen and heard Joanna when she saw Marek waiting in the car park- luckily he had been out for 2 hours previous and that seemed to take the edge off him!
Top marks go to Alan for riding the route on a single speed, some of those hills are fairly sharp- he was really grinding up 'em, wait untill he has mastered sti shifters :wink: .
All in all a good ride with good company.
