Awww crikey, here goes....and remember this is one sloooow coach here:
1) go under 27 mins for a 10 mile tt, current pb is 28.27
2) go under 1 hr and 10 mins for a 25 mile tt, current pb is 1.14.06
3) get a pb for a 50 mile tt, not done one before
4) do the Bec Hill climb and live tee tell the tale
5) equal my pb in marshalling at four events next year
6) do a club run (or maybe 2)
7) do at least ten tts in the season, current pb is five
go to the Beer Circus at least once, current pb is never
