Hi Carole,think we have already met as i'm also a member of cpt as is neil barnes who also joined acc the same time as me.I think we might have met on tues eve swim sess with jon.h a few months ago,i was the one nearly sinking! so decided to go away and have swim lessons and concentrate on the duathlon/bike thing more.
Neil and i are going along to acc this sat so might see you there?.Meeting at elmers end roundabout 8.20 for a slow warm up ride to coulsden if thats on your way

Hi Jim,did i meet you briefly a couple of weeks ago in the 17s group?,met someone from SLH anyway, one of the coaches.
Clumber park was my first olympic distance duathlon and a real eye opener! didn't expect the field to be so strong and suffered on the bike section,but for a novice still came 75th out of 265(20th in my age cat 35-39) so not to bad.Will defo be up for any advice and training from all you testers and triathletes out there, can't keep blaming the bike.My 40k was 1.09 but a tough course
I have another chance to qualify in a few weeks in Cambridge but now i know what i'm up against.....
Hope to meet you out on a ride soon
