Mark, Ive just checked with the coleman manor which is where we are staying they still have a couple of rooms left. Not sure its the cheapest option but it might be better than sleeping with the sh***!

Thanks chaps, just booked The Marllew guestshouse Brian, still some rooms left @Â£30 if anyone else wants to hang out in Porthcawl.
That looks a great place Chris, have to take the Mrs there sometime.Whats with the Dog cemetery though!!

Ach no it's the scottish sheep I like, not the Welsh!

I gave in to the call of the wild and booked the last room at Marllew - she was well surprised to have a second booking within the hour
