Thanks Alan the whole frustrating episode actually only left me with a bill of £7.95 (the cost of the derailaer hanger) so I won't chase compensation on this occassion. But I like your idea about box sharing...How easy was it to lug the box around? Its just i may have to travel on the underground at some point and the more transportable the box is the better :D
